As a key member of our Anesthesia Division, you will be responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction to our anesthesiology team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Strategic Direction: Provide leadership and strategic direction to the Anesthesia Division, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and exceptional patient outcomes.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with on-site leadership, physicians, and staff to achieve operational excellence and meet metrics determined by the group and facility.
- Performance Improvement: Identify and participate in the implementation of opportunities for performance improvement, ensuring continuous quality and safety.
- Education and Training: Provide education and training to hospital staff, promoting standardization of products and services.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, including finalization of physician call schedules, risk management, and care management.
Requirements:
- BC/BE Anesthesiologist: Must be a Board Certified/Board Eligible Anesthesiologist.
- Unrestricted AZ License: Must have an unrestricted Arizona medical license or be able to obtain one.
- Ability to Obtain AZ DEA License: Must be able to obtain an Arizona DEA license.
