We are a Quality of Care Focused Orthopedic practice in Choctaw, OK, seeking a Physical Therapist to treat a General Orthopedic and sports med patient population.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Weekly Pay: $1950 - $2050 net (after tax take home)
  • Local Travel Rates: $50-54 per hour with 40 hours guaranteed, first day health benefits
  • First Day Benefits: Health, Dental, and Vision
  • Continuing Education: $1200 Con Ed Package
  • Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
  • Treatment Details: 1:1 Treatments, 60 min eval, 30 min follow up treatments patient visits per week
Requirements
  • Education: Masters and Doctorate of Physical Therapy (PT) from an accredited physical therapy (PT) program approved by the Council on Medical Education of the American Medical Association in collaboration with the American Physical Therapy Association
  • Licensure: State licensed as a Physical Therapist (PT) by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee
  • Experience: At least 1 year of outpatient ortho experience. We will consider New Grads Travel Physical Therapist with 1 clinical in Outpatient.
  • CPR Certification: Current CPR Certificate
