Project Manager - Visualization Services Group

We are seeking a highly motivated, competent, full-time Project Manager to join our team in Syracuse, New York. Remote work options are available for qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate, supervise, and manage projects from proposal stage to completion with internal staff support.
  • Conduct and manage visual assessment projects, including:
    • Practical and technical knowledge in visual resource inventory and assessment with a minimum of 5-6 years of related job experience in visualization, planning, environmental science, landscape architecture, or other related fields applicable to visual impact assessment.
    • A thorough knowledge and understanding of GIS and the simulations process is considered a plus.
    • Knowledge of NHSEC, NPS, USFS FHWA, NYSDEC, CalDOT, BOEM, BLM, and/or ACOE visual assessment requirements/guidance.
    • Experience managing budgets, staff, and clients internally and externally.
    • Knowledge of project accounting, contracts, budgets, and change management.
    • Business development skills and experience with client relations.
    • Strong organizational, writing, and verbal communication skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work effectively and collaboratively in a team setting.

The anticipated base pay range is $70,000-$85,000 per year, commensurate with experience. EDR reserves the right to pay outside of the target range based on an individual's education, credentials, skill level, and relevant experience, as well as internal pay equity, geographic location, and business needs.
