Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of commercial real estate accounts, primarily focusing on real estate-related businesses.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase account growth and retention.
- Collaborate with producers on both new and renewal business, providing technical guidance and conducting risk assessments.
- Utilize the Applied (EPIC) system for efficient account management, alongside Microsoft Office Suite for day-to-day tasks.
- Communicate effectively with underwriters and clients, negotiating and resolving coverage issues.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, maintain a current insurance license, and pursue professional designations.
