Embroidery Specialist

The Soccer Factory is seeking a skilled Embroidery Operator to join our team. As an Embroidery Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining embroidery machines to create high-quality embroidered designs on a variety of products.

• Setting up and preparing embroidery machines for use, including selecting the appropriate threads, bobbins, and needles.
• Reading and interpreting design specifications to ensure accurate and high-quality embroidery work.
• Operating embroidery machines to create embroidered designs, adjusting settings as needed to achieve desired results.
• Inspecting finished products for quality and making any necessary adjustments to the embroidery machines or processes.
• Maintaining the embroidery machines, including cleaning and oiling the machines and replacing parts as needed.
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient and effective operations.

Successful candidates will have excellent hand-eye coordination, be detail-oriented, and have a basic understanding of computer software and machine operations.
