Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated LVN/LPN to join our team as a Long-Term Contingent Healthcare Professional. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our patients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

* Provide holistic, evidence-based care to patients, including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of health problems
* Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection services
* Administer immunizations and injections, including COVID-19 and influenza
* Assess patients during intake and take vital signs
* Perform diagnostic tests, such as EKG and retinopathy screening
* Perform point-of-care testing, including COVID testing
* Order equipment and prepare the clinic for patient care

Requirements:

* Minimum of one year of related work experience in a healthcare setting
* Experience documenting within an electronic medical record
* Ability to take vital signs, perform phlebotomy blood draws, and perform point-of-care testing
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
* Pass a FIT test and wear a respirator mask when required

Preferred Qualifications:

* Phlebotomy certificate or experience
* Previous experience in primary care, urgent care, or emergency room

Education:

* Full, active, and unrestricted license as a Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States or District of Columbia
