Janitorial Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Cleaner to join our team at ABM. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of our assigned area.

• Clean and maintain buildings and facilities, including floors, furniture, fixtures, and equipment
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage
• Notify management of the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems
• Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, coworkers, and management
• Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• No experience required, on-the-job training provided
• No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required
• Customer service experience and 1 year of similar work experience preferred
