Sales Representative

Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Representative - Merchant Services to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for presenting and selling company products and services to new and existing customers. If you have previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields, and knowledge of merchant POS services is a plus but not required, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers.
- Prospect and contact potential customers.
- Reach agreed-upon sales targets by desired deadlines.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments.
- Create and present sales material to present to customers.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields.
- Experience with sales in the Restaurant/Bar industry.
- Knowledge of Merchant POS Services is a plus but not required (Square, Toast, Union, Aloha, TouchBistro, Luva, etc.).
- Familiarity with CRM platforms.
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Deadline and detail-oriented.
