Key Responsibilities:
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for:
  • Repairing and maintaining machinery and mechanical equipment, including pneumatic tools and conveyor systems.
  • Performing maintenance on plastic injection molding machinery, focusing on controls, hydraulics, and robotics.
  • Adjusting and optimizing injection molding cycles and resolving operational issues.
  • Conducting mold changes and accurately documenting mold conditions and troubleshooting reports.
  • Ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
  • Setting up and adjusting robots and automation lines.
  • Recording results of mold changes in the system.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or a BSME degree with internship experience.

Knowledge and Skills:
Ideal candidates will possess:
  • Familiarity with the metric system and basic electrical concepts.
  • Understanding of injection molding theory and basic algebra.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

Abilities:
We are looking for individuals who can:
  • Read and comprehend simple instructions and correspondence.
  • Effectively present information in small group settings.
  • Interpret blueprints and schematics.
