About the Role

This is a dynamic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping others. You'll work closely with our clients' customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns with empathy, care, and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answering customer requests or inquiries concerning services, products, billing, etc.
  • Demonstrating superior service by identifying and resolving customer issues using problem-solving skills
  • BUILDING a positive rapport across a variety of personality types
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of our clients' products, services, and promotions
  • Prioritizing the customer's needs and remaining polite and professional at all times
  • Documenting all customer information, communications, and sales in a computer system
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A willingness to learn and a passion for helping people
  • A strong attention to detail, dependability, and follow-through
  • A working knowledge of Windows-based software
  • The flexibility to adapt to changes in a growing organization
  • A self-motivated, positive attitude, and a love for hard work
  • Experience working in a Customer Service related field or call center environment (a plus)
