Painter and Decorator Job Description

At Tradesmen International, we're seeking a skilled Painter and Decorator to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you'll be responsible for applying coats of paint, varnish, stain, enamel, or lacquer to interior and exterior surfaces, ensuring a professional finish that meets our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply coats of paint, varnish, stain, enamel, or lacquer to decorate and protect surfaces
  • Prepare surfaces by filling nail holes, cracks, and joints with putty plaster
  • Perform custom painting and faux painting to achieve unique finishes
  • Set up and finish painting projects efficiently and effectively
