Business Process Improvement Specialist – Planning

This exciting role is part of ASML's Business Adoption Team (BAT), specializing in Planning. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the domain, collaborative problem-solving skills, and the ability to navigate change.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the design and implementation of (continuous) improvements, while maintaining standardization, an end-to-end process view, and breaking through departmental silos.
  • Communicate the benefits of Planning and improvement projects to Key Users, Production end users, and business leaders.
  • Identify and prioritize business requirements that determine how applications will support their process(es).
  • Support the translation of Wilton Factory (WF) strategy and business objectives into (short and long term) improvements for the appropriate process(es) and applications.
  • Develop a clear vision on how improvements enable WF (in context of ASML as a whole) to realize its strategy, business priorities, and (fSAP) benefits.
  • Partner with WF staff, line management, key-users, IT, Architects, GBPLs, and GSMEs to ensure Wilton- and ASML-wide prioritization and cohesion.
  • Operate in a team to secure coverage over the end-to-end scope of Wilton Operations, and manage interfaces with other sectors, e.g. D&E, Engineering, Optics.
  • Develop and conduct training for new end users and current end users on new processes and process changes.
Requirements
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting Planning.
  • Experience working with business processes.
  • Skilled in change and conflict management.
  • Familiar with production environment (business process, SAP).
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite.
  • Has a broad network within the organization.
  • Has deep knowledge of core products and its E2E process.
Skills
  • Ability to translate strategy/business issues into capabilities and practical solutions.
  • Ability to see and communicate from a high-level view, x-sector, x-BL.
  • Ability to connect, motivate, and mobilize people.
  • Skilled in workshop, training, and meeting facilitation skills.

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
