Position Overview:
Under general oversight, the role involves the safe operation of tractor-trailers for the transportation of materials and equipment to various facilities and job sites. Responsibilities include loading and unloading mobile equipment onto trailers, as well as sorting and handling freight at both company and customer locations. Additionally, the driver will operate mobile equipment at designated sites and assist in stock handling duties when not driving. The position also entails accompanying new drivers for safety training on delivery routes and company locations.

Job Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of driving experience with an unrestricted CDL A license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to obtain an M Coil Endorsement within 3 months of employment.
  • Must secure a valid Forklift license within 3 months of employment.
  • Successful completion of a valid aptitude test.
  • Capability to lift, carry, and count items within appropriate height and weight limits.

Additional Information:
This classification pertains to various locations within the Central, East, and West Divisions. Seasonal high visibility fire retardant coveralls will be provided for winter and summer use.
