We are seeking a highly skilled Roadway Project Engineer to join our team in Des Moines. As a key member of our multi-state design firm, you will be responsible for leading small projects and managing project tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as project manager on small projects.
  • Prepare planning/design documents.
  • Perform complex design calculations.
  • Assist with development of project schedules and budgets.
  • Coordinate project tasks and ensure timely completion.
  • Travel occasionally to meetings, site visits, and inspections.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience in roadway project management.
  • PE License required.
  • Experience leading staff through all phases of project development.
  • Knowledge of municipal and DOT standards and procedures.
  • Proficient in MicroStation and/or AutoCAD software.
