We are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Education Leader to join our team at The Learning Experience. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a stimulating and welcoming learning environment for children aged infants to preschool.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement engaging lesson plans that align with our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, catering to the individual needs of each child.
  • Maintain a safe and nurturing environment by prioritizing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with state regulations.
  • Foster strong relationships with parents through regular updates on their child's progress and milestones.
  • Collaborate with center staff and leadership to drive enrollment, retention, and engagement goals.
Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: A High School Diploma/GED is required; ECE coursework is preferred.
  • Experience: Extended experience in childcare settings with a history of classroom leadership roles is essential.
  • State Compliance: Must meet state-specific guidelines for the role, including performance level, immunizations, employment physicals, and required health and safety training.
Salary & Benefits:

Our total compensation package includes a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 annually, depending on location and experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k), health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, paid time off, and tuition assistance.
