About the Job

Wilson Workforce Solutions LLC is seeking a highly skilled Technology Process Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Design and prepare production/technological process documentation, including specifications for product updates and technical documentation for tools, spare parts, and subassemblies.
  • Process Optimization: Collaborate with Tooling and Chemical Sections to improve production line efficiency and reduce raw material consumption.
  • Quality Control: Supervise the performance of spare parts, ceramic tools, washer nozzles, LSM nozzles, stamping, and ironing tools, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Raw Material Management: Monitor and control raw material consumption rates according to technology process norms.
  • Communication: Communicate with R&D department for implementation of new raw materials, tools, technology, and chemicals.
  • Documentation: Supervise and update technical/process documentation of machines and devices.
  • Implementation: Plan and supervise the implementation of review works, raw materials, and technology.
  • Problem-Solving: Support and supervise the process of removing faults and failures, and maintain a good technical condition of production lines.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
  • Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal, facilitator, and leadership skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Products.
  • Experience: Experience in lean manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma, or other lean training.
