About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Children's Therapist to join our Mobile Response Crisis Team at Saint Augustine Youth Services. As a key member of our team, you will provide quality trauma-informed therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families in need.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct risk assessments and coordinate with identified parties to develop outcome recommendations
  • Maintain knowledge of involuntary psychiatric evaluation procedures
  • Schedule and coordinate individual and family therapy sessions
  • Develop and maintain a list of community providers for referral services
  • Follow up and report progress to relevant parties
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology
  • Current FL LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT preferred
  • Two years' experience working with children, adolescents, and families in therapeutic mental health and/or substance use services
  • Valid Florida driver's license
  • History free of offenses as listed on the Affidavit of Good Moral Character
  • Ability to pass an extensive background screening and drug screening
  • Positive, professional manner and excellent oral and written communication skills
