St. Luke's Health System is seeking a skilled Pediatric Nurse Specialist to join our team in Meridian, Idaho.
About the RoleWe are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care to children and their families in our Pediatrics Developmental Clinic. As a Pediatric Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting with triage calls, establishing follow-up plans of care, and working closely with our Nurse Navigator to provide comprehensive care.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with triage calls and establish follow-up plans of care
- Work with the Nurse Navigator to provide in-person screening and vitals as needed
- Assist providers with patient care and positive behavior supports
- Referral triage and other administrative tasks
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- 1 year of experience in pediatric nursing
- Current RN licensure from the State of Practice
