Director of Case Management

At KLS Workforce Solutions LLC, we are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our case management team in delivering exceptional patient care and optimizing resource utilization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and optimize case management and social work operations
- Lead initiatives to reduce denials and improve approvals
- Build strong relationships with physicians, hospitalists, and ED staff
- Implement and oversee weekly educational programs for staff
- Drive continuous improvement in length of stay metrics
- Manage the integration of social workers into the case management team
- Develop strategies to address challenges in Intermediate Care
- Collaborate with corporate on utilization reviews
Requirements:
- Current California RN license
- BSN minimum
- At least 3 years of clinical case management/utilization review experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Current BLS certification
- Hospital experience
