Job Summary
The Firearm Coating Technician is responsible for mixing, matching, and applying paint to various firearm surfaces, completing touch-ups, and coordinating painting projects. This technician performs advanced-level finishing operations and intense monitoring processes.

About the Job
As a Firearm Coating Technician, you will operate high-voltage machinery, including the painting booth, pickle line, solo furnaces, vacuum furnace, and temper furnace. You will process firearm parts according to established policies and procedures to meet Beretta U.S.A. standards and military specifications. Your tasks will include loading firearm parts onto racks for processing, monitoring dials and gauges, and performing heat treatment processes. Additionally, you will perform hardness inspections to ensure quality standards and temper non-conforming parts.
