Key Responsibilities- Supervise Body Shop Staff: Provide guidance and direction to body shop staff, ensuring that they have the necessary training and resources to perform their duties effectively.
- Manage Operations: Oversee the body shop's operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
- Coordinate with Other Departments: Collaborate with other departments, such as parts and labor, to ensure seamless communication and execution of services.
- Monitor Performance Metrics: Track and analyze key performance metrics, such as productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction, to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement Process Improvements: Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure Compliance: Ensure that all body shop operations are in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Education: Associate's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent combination of experience and coursework.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in a body shop environment, with at least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, knowledge of body shop operations and related principles and practices.
This role requires work in a fast-paced production environment, including the body shop and outdoor areas. The successful candidate will be able to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
