Job Overview

Aegis Worldwide is seeking a highly skilled Tooling Supervisor to join their team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement improvements and solutions to work processes and tools in support of business and strategic plans.
  • Lead functional and cross-functional projects, plans, and programs in support of business and strategic plans.
  • Determine priorities, timelines, resource assignments, and provide employee performance feedback and reviews.
  • Accountable for the activities and results of their subordinates.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of five (5) years of manufacturing experience.
  • Experience in plastic injection molding or tooling processes, preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Project leadership experience and demonstrated ability to develop and drive timelines.
  • Experience in Operation Excellence, preferred.
  • Ability to work well cross-functionally.
