Responsibilities:- Provide long-term, comprehensive care to patients
- Manage common and complex illnesses, including cancer, infections, and diseases affecting the heart, blood, kidneys, joints, and the digestive, respiratory, and vascular systems
- Collaborate with specialty physicians to provide holistic care
- Assign appropriate aspects of care to non-physician staff
- Plan and carry out treatment/therapy, inform and educate patients, make referrals for specialized treatment, and follow up on progress
- Medical License in the State of Ohio
- Completion of ACGME accredited Residency in Internal Medicine
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
- BLS
- Active Ohio DEA
