Job Details:

**Job Title:** Registered Behavior Technician

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at a school district in the Chase, AL area. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of experience as a Behavior Specialist and be certified as a Registered Behavior Technician.

**Responsibilities:**

* Work one-on-one with a student throughout the school day, providing behavioral support and interventions
* Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized behavior plans
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and behavior
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

**Requirements:**

* Active Registered Behavior Technician License
* Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Behavior Specialist
* Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and other support staff
