Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior RF Engineer - III to join our team at The Judge Group. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing RF systems that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement RF systems that meet the needs of our clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications or Engineering, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in telecommunications with focus on RF design
  • Strong knowledge of RF modeling software, 4G LTE specifications, and antenna fundamentals
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to navigate Ericsson OSS and Ericsson LTE reporting
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in data collecting and analysis of drive test data
  • Decision-making skills and ability to balance technical and business requirements
  • Superior organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to maintain performance level under varying degrees of pressure and uncertainty
