Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager will oversee multiple high-end residential projects across Cape Cod and surrounding areas, valued between $30k and $3M+

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple high-end residential projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Supervise and support teams of 3-6 employees, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
  • Work closely with architects, designers, and subcontractors to align project goals and maintain quality standards.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years in a Project Manager role, ideally in high-end residential construction.
  • Demonstrated experience managing high-end residential projects; familiarity with renovations, additions, and light commercial projects is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office for project documentation and tracking.
  • Must be based in Barnstable County, MA.

Salary and Benefits:

  • A competitive salary range of $110k - $140k.
  • Healthcare coverage with 50% employer-covered after two years, vision covered at 100%.
  • A 401(k) plan with an employer contribution equal to 2 weeks of salary annually.
  • Three weeks of paid time off.
