Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate CT Technologist to join our team at HCA Florida Bayonet Point Hospital. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic CT examinations, operating complex imaging equipment, and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostic CT examinations, ensuring accurate and high-quality images
  • Operate complex imaging equipment, including CT scanners and pressure injectors
  • Assist in the administration of contrast media and other related procedures
  • Prepare and position patients for exams, ensuring modesty and safety
  • Document clinical information, obtain informed consent, and complete required fields accurately and on time
  • Remain proficient in executing software protocols and stay up-to-date with changes in the field
  • Communicate effectively with patients and colleagues, including radiologists
Requirements
  • Vocational/Technical education in Radiologic Technology
  • Valid ARRT (R) certification; ARRT (CT) certification
  • Clear/active Florida Department of Health licensure (CRT)
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Minimum of 1-3 years current/recent experience as a CT Technologist, preferably in an acute-care hospital setting
