Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage complex initiatives that have a broad impact, providing high-level systems consultation for technology teams.
  • Act as a vital contributor in the extensive planning of computer systems and network infrastructure within the Systems Operations functional area.
  • Analyze and review intricate technical challenges and escalated support issues related to core business solutions, requiring a thorough evaluation of various factors, including alternatives and enhancements.
  • Make informed decisions regarding technical modifications and enhancements.
  • Consult with the engineering team on design changes that necessitate a solid understanding of technical process controls or standards that drive new initiatives.
  • Collaborate with technical peers, colleagues, and mid to senior-level managers to resolve systems support issues and meet organizational goals.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Systems Engineering or Technology Architecture, or equivalent experience through work, training, military service, or education.
  • At least 5 years of experience in providing monitoring tools support for applications developed on .NET platforms.
  • A minimum of 4 years of SQL experience.
  • 3+ years of experience with Systems Health and Performance monitoring tools such as App Dynamics, Dynatrace, and Splunk.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in supporting critical systems, applications, or platforms.
  • Experience in ETL, data warehousing, and data analytics delivery on internal or external cloud platforms.
Work Expectations:
  • Ability to work in a 24/7 environment, including weekends and holidays.
  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
  • Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
  • This role offers a hybrid work schedule.
