Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Veterinary Technician to join our team at Ethos Veterinary Health. As a key member of our emergency department, you will provide top-notch care to our patients and their owners.

Responsibilities
  • Provide emergency nursing care to patients, including triage, medication administration, and lab work sampling and analysis.
  • Collaborate with our veterinary team to develop and implement treatment plans for patients.
  • Monitor and manage patient comfort and update owners on their pet's progress.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest veterinary medical advancements.
Requirements
  • Minimum one year of experience as a Veterinary Technician in an emergency setting.
  • Credentialed Veterinary Technician (CVT) or Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) certification.
  • Ability to work a 12-hour shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with owners, veterinarians, and other team members.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
