Lead Mixologist

We are seeking a skilled Mixologist to join our team at The Onural Group. Our ideal candidate is a creative and charismatic individual who can provide exceptional customer service and support the success of our restaurant/bar.

The salary for this role is $16 per hour, with opportunities for growth and development in a fun and supportive work environment.

This position involves creating memorable experiences for our guests by engaging with them, preparing high-quality drinks, serving food with a smile, and anticipating their needs.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• A team player with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with health & safety regulations and quality standards.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with frequent standing, bending, and lifting.
• Strong problem-solving skills with patience and professionalism.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including seating areas.
• Operate a POS register to complete customer transactions.
• Prepare drinks according to recipe and customer requests.
• Monitor wine & liquor displays and restock inventory.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
