This individual will be responsible for developing software tools and services in a PaaS Linux environment, supporting an 'on-prem' cloud offering with open-source software using Docker, Kubernetes, Weka, Vault, Infoblox, and other cutting-edge technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing software tools and services in a PaaS Linux environment
  • Supporting an 'on-prem' cloud offering with open-source software
  • Expertise in containerization technologies such as Docker
  • Administering and monitoring Kubernetes clusters
  • Experience with IaC (Infrastructure as Code) principles and automation tools such as Ansible, SaltStack, Puppet
  • Troubleshooting large Linux Clusters
  • Using system monitoring tools such as Prometheus/Grafana
  • Atlassian Tool Suite (JIRA, Confluence)
  • Git for version control

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience
  • Experience with Linux CLI
  • Scripting skills using Bash/Python
