Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Operations Coordinator to join our team at our Yorkville Plant. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized individual to take on a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Maintenance Department Manager in performing routine clerical and administrative functions
  • Help with purchasing, maintaining parts inventory, and executing the Preventive Maintenance program
  • Manage inventory levels, keep bin stocks at acceptable levels, and label incoming parts correctly
  • Perform tasks such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, and organizing electronic files
Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to drive a company vehicle and operate equipment such as a forklift
  • Knowledge of inventory management and experience with preventive maintenance programs
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per annum
