Floral Arranger

At Winn-Dixie Retail Stores, we are seeking a skilled Florist to join our team. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements for all occasions, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

• Design and create floral arrangements for special occasions, including weddings, birthdays, and holidays.
  
• Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and making product recommendations to customers.
  
• Manage inventory, including ordering and receiving flowers, plants, and other floral supplies.
  
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the floral department and surrounding areas.
  
• Operate department equipment, including cash registers and floral tools.
  

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
  
• 1-2 years of experience in floral design or a related field preferred.
  
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  

• Florist certification or degree from a reputable institution.
  
• Experience with floral design software and equipment.
