Key Responsibilities- Medical Care Provision: Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients, including routine check-ups, vaccinations, and health screenings.
- Diagnosis and Treatment: Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions, including developing and implementing treatment plans.
- Health Education: Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention strategies, including healthy lifestyle choices and disease management.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes, and communicate effectively with patients and their families.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate and detailed electronic health records, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Experience: Completion of an accredited residency program in Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Internal Medicine.
- Certifications: Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Internal Medicine.
- Licensure: Active state medical license and DEA registration.
- Skills: Excellent clinical skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in electronic health record systems.
