Job Overview

SUMMARY:

We are seeking a skilled Fire Sprinkler System Maintenance Specialist to join our team at AAA Fire Protection Inc. in this exciting opportunity.

The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing and inspecting water-based sprinkler systems, testing, maintaining, repairing, replacing, and operating company vehicles as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance work on fire sprinkler systems, ensuring adherence to manufacturers' recommendations, NFPA and DOT standards, and local jurisdictional codes.
  • Provide technical support to other division technicians and assist with site surveys to educate customers about proposed solutions.
  • Procure, carry, and secure necessary products and parts prior to installation, while monitoring and maintaining company tools and equipment.
  • Record time accurately in company-provided software and maintain job and customer-related notes, deficiencies, invoices, and compliance test reports.
  • Monitor and report issues with company vehicle operation and notify direct supervisor of equipment breakdowns or malfunctions.
  • Comply with safety requirements while on company property and at customer sites, performing other related duties as assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Hold and maintain relevant certifications, including AS-3 and WSP Journeyman License, and have a valid driver's license with a driving record that meets Company requirements.
  • Ability to work overtime and/or outside standard business hours to accommodate customer needs, with regular lifting up to 75 lbs.
