About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Internal/Family Nurse Practitioner to provide exceptional care in our Shelton, CT facility. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering primary care services, managing acute and chronic conditions, and supporting preventative healthcare initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages.
- Diagnose and manage a variety of acute and chronic conditions.
- Emphasize preventive healthcare and patient education.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner (NP) program.
- Current, unrestricted NP license in Connecticut or eligibility to obtain.
- Board-certified in Family or Internal Medicine.
- Experience in primary care or internal medicine preferred; new graduates with relevant clinical experience are welcome.
- Proficient in diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.
