  • Build Process Documentation: Build and maintain robust process documentation and support ESG auditing.
  • Liaise with Market Sustainability Leads: Liaise with market sustainability leads to aggregate learning and data across the company.
  • Manage Ad-Hoc Requests: Manage ad-hoc business requests for data extraction and analysis.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of related experience and 6+ years of management experience.
  • Sustainability Experience: 10+ years of experience in developing and implementing sustainability strategies with a focus on climate change in a global organization.
  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record of success in greenhouse gas emissions reporting and driving sustainability action.
  • Climate Science Knowledge: Strong understanding of climate science, GHG accounting methodologies, and carbon reduction strategies.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Experience with climate change regulations and reporting frameworks.
  • Reporting Experience: Proven experience in reporting implementation for multinational business.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and Data Management Skills: Strong analytical and data management skills with the ability to focus on the details.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Strong organizational, strong time management skills, strong oral and written communication skills.
