Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate individuals to join our team as In-Home Senior Caregivers. As a caregiver with Align Home Care, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing personalized support and care in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily care and support to clients, including bathing, toileting, dressing, and feeding
  • Assist with transferring, walking, and mobility
  • Administer medication reminders and assist with meal preparation
  • Accompany clients on errands and provide transportation
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks and maintain a safe and clean environment
  • Provide companionship and engage in activities that promote mental and emotional well-being
