As a Luxury Beauty Ambassador at Ulta Beauty, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge. • Provide exceptional guest service by greeting and acknowledging all guests, responding to their needs, and making recommendations on products and services.
• Drive sales growth by upselling and cross-selling products to guests, promoting loyalty programs and events, and ensuring a seamless checkout process.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge by staying up-to-date on the latest beauty trends, products, and services offered by Ulta Beauty.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Previous retail or customer service experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
