About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Associate Roving Personal Banker (SAFE) to join our National Branch Network team. As a key member of our Consumer, Small & Business Banking division, you will provide exceptional customer service and support across a variety of branch locations within a specific geography.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive support to customers across multiple branch locations, ensuring seamless service delivery and building strong relationships.
  • Be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and new surroundings, while maintaining a focus on customer needs and satisfaction.
  • Participate in the delivery of exceptional customer experiences by proposing appropriate products, services, and digital solutions to help customers succeed financially.
  • Assist customers with basic requests related to opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications.
  • Develop a deep understanding of bank products and services to effectively connect with customers' needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Interact with customers to demonstrate care and build strong relationships, providing personalized support and guidance.
Requirements
  • 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems.
  • Ability to educate and connect customers to technology and share the value of mobile banking options.
  • Experience proactively engaging with customers through outreach via phone or email.
  • Ability to help customers succeed financially by offering introductions to additional team members as appropriate.
  • Experience working with others on a team to meet customer needs.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal partners.
  • Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Ability to identify potential fraud/risky accounts and take appropriate action to prevent loss.
  • Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism with customers and team members.

Location

This role is based in Montgomery, AL, with opportunities to work in various branch locations within the district.

Travel Requirements

This position requires 100% travel within the district, with reimbursement for mileage provided.
