Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Tanker Driver to join our team at Univar Solutions. As a key member of our fleet, you will be responsible for transporting hazardous materials and wastes in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pick-up and delivery of hazardous materials and wastes
  • Ensure safety and compliance of load
  • Operate and maintain company tractor/trailer/tanker
  • Use onboard Samsara e-Logging Device to manage driver duty statuses and planned freight order delivery routing sequencing
  • Use ePOD device to accurately capture customer delivery receipt of goods and other relevant shipment documents
Requirements
  • Valid Class A CDL license with HazMat and Tanker endorsements
  • Ability to read, write, count, understand, and speak English
  • 22 years old or older
  • 2+ years of CDL-A driving experience
  • Experience on SAMSARA or equivalent ELD
  • Experience working in a regional capacity with a targeted 55-hour work week
  • Ability to lift and carry at least 100 pounds, tilt back or break 800 lb. net drums onto a dolly, and stand/walk for long periods of time
