- Communication: Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work outside and adapt to various weather conditions.
- Opportunity to Earn Up to $20-$25 an Hour: When combining hourly and commission pay.

- Weekly Pay and Monthly Retention Commission Bonus: Earn a weekly commission and bi-weekly retention sales bonus based on individual performance.
