We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Barrio Tacos - Corporate in Tremont, OH. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and providing exceptional service while mixing and serving a variety of beverages.
Key Responsibilities:- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu and drink offerings
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive guest experience
- Work effectively as part of a team to maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Meet sales and service standards while maintaining a high level of quality and consistency
- Previous bartending experience in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of mixology and ability to create unique cocktails
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
