Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team at Jenks Carpentry Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for installing interior trim, doors, and cabinets using hand and power tools.

Responsibilities:
  • Follow all safety rules and regulations
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Use blueprints, sketches, or building plans to determine construction requirements and materials needed
  • Construct wood structures including framing, joists, and rafters
  • Install fixtures and materials such as flooring, trim, and hardware
  • Interact with customers, suppliers, and other construction professionals
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a Carpenter is preferred
  • Strong understanding of mathematical concepts and measurements
  • Ability to read and take action on blueprints
  • Ability to safely operate hand and power carpentry tools
  • Knowledge of building regulations and codes
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects

Pay based on experience-- $18-$28 per hour to start.
