Sigma Healthcare is seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our team. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for performing CT scans, also known as CAT scans, to provide detailed information about soft tissues, blood vessels, and bones. This is essential for accurate diagnostics. You will position patients, ensure they receive the proper dose of radionuclides, and perform the imaging procedure. To be successful in this role, you must have a license in diagnostic imaging, ARRT CT registration, and BLS certification. Your key responsibilities will include performing CT exams and procedures as requested by the medical staff, assisting the Radiologist and other medical staff during exams and procedures, and performing ancillary duties as required to maintain proper distribution, billing, and archival of exams and procedures. You will also be responsible for completing documentation, retrieving and filing exam jackets, written orders, and related health information to ensure the timely performance and reporting of Radiological exams and procedures. If you have a graduate degree from a Committee of Allied Health Education and Accreditation (CAHEA) accredited Radiology program or equivalent, and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, we encourage you to apply.
