The Revenue Lockbox Specialist is a key member of the Emergicon team, responsible for processing incoming lockboxes and ensuring accurate financial transactions.

• Sort and process incoming lockboxes in a timely and efficient manner
• Organize daily lockboxes and batches by date to maintain accurate records
• Verify that each batch balances to ensure financial accuracy
• Generate and maintain lockbox reports to track financial activity
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the Cash Applications Manager

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• One year of experience in lockbox, payment posting, or bank teller operations required

• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with colleagues and management
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong analytical skills
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient typing skills with a minimum of 40 wpm
• Professional phone skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment

Long periods of sitting at a workstation working on a computer are required. The ability to lift up to 20 lbs is also necessary.
