Job Title: Registered Nurse - Cardiac Cath Lab

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac Cath Lab team at HCA Florida Healthcare. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse - Cardiac Cath Lab will be responsible for providing direct patient care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization. This includes assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement and monitor patient care plans
  • Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate
  • Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care
  • Note and carry out physician and nursing orders
  • Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team
Requirements:
  • Associates Degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing Required, Bachelor Degree in Nursing preferred
  • Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required
  • BLS-American Heart Association BLS Provider issued card required
  • ACLS-American Heart Association ACLS Provider issued card required within 6 months of hire
  • 1 year acute care experience required
  • Interventional Cath Lab or critical care experience preferred
