Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients in the Observation Unit and Med-Surg Unit, including assessing patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure excellent patient satisfaction and outcomes.

- 1 year of recent (within the last 4 years) Observation/Med-Surg acute care RN experience.
