Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Clearman's Restaurants. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of culinary excellence in our kitchen.

• Maintain a sanitized and well-organized kitchen environment
• Prepare workstations for cooking and ensure all equipment is in good working order
• Prepare and maintain kitchen equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Inspect ingredients for quality and freshness
• Prepare cooking ingredients using various techniques and cook food to exacting standards
• Arrange food for presentation and ensure a visually appealing dish
• Manage food storage, stock, and ingredient orders to minimize waste and optimize inventory

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

• Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of kitchen operations
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
• High school diploma or equivalent required
