About the Role:

Position Overview:
The Facilities Project Engineer will oversee end-of-line processes, business strategy, and construction project oversight to facilitate operational efficiency that supports production. This role involves formulating and executing plans to enhance and modernize current facilities while complying with sustainability and carbon neutrality objectives. The successful candidate will demonstrate effective project management skills to minimize production disruptions and maintenance delays.

Key Duties:

  • Collaborate with innovation leaders across site departments
  • Oversee facilities projects, including renovations and new builds
  • Guide junior engineers participating in the Engineering Development Program
  • Administer sitewide contracts to ensure adherence to company standards

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Project Management
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Facilities project management
  • Proven track record of enhancing operational efficiency
  • Strong technical expertise in daily operational processes

Work Environment:

  • Travel may be necessary for departmental evaluations and strategic planning
  • Work will be conducted in both manufacturing and office settings
  • Potential assignments may involve support for other facilities
  • Overtime may be required to fulfill project and production demands
